Lawmakers reconvene in January 2027.
After passing the House with a bipartisan supermajority, HB 46 (medical cannabis) has been quickly scheduled for a hearing in the Senate State Affairs Committee on Monday, May 19! The committee meeting begins at 9am and HB 46 is on top of the agenda (subject to change). Click here for hearing details and opportunities to provide testimony.

The state's most controversial cannabis bill - SB 3 - is schedule for a vote in the House on Tuesday, May 20. SB 3 has changed a LOT since it was first introduced by Sen. Charles Perry as an attempt to ban all hemp THC products. The bill was overhauled in the House, demonstrating the power of our grassroots movement!
While it's certainly much better than it was, there are still major improvements that need to be made. Click here for a summary of the bill as it stands today and our recommended amendments, then contact your representative in support of amendments to fix the bill's shortcomings.
