The Texas Legislature is not in session right now. The 90th Texas Legislature convenes Jan. 12, 2027. Once session begins, we will post action alerts here so you can contact your legislators about specific bills.
Find your legislators
Use your home address (where you’re registered to vote) to identify your Texas House representative and your Texas senator here.
What you can do now
After the Nov. 3, 2026, election is a good time to reach out. Introduce yourself to your legislators’ offices as a constituent who cares about cannabis policy, and ask for a meeting before session begins.
To prepare:
- See how your representative voted on past cannabis bills.
- Review our Advocacy Resources.
- Read our Legislative Agenda for the 2027 session.
When contacting lawmakers, be professional and always be respectful.
