Key dates to know:
- October 5 - Voter registration deadline
- October 19-30 - Early voting
- October 23 - Deadline for the early voting clerk to receive your Application for Ballot by Mail
- November 3 - Election Day, polls open 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (be in line by 7 p.m.)
Texas requires photo ID at the polls, so bring an acceptable form when you go. Read more about ID requirements here.
