Thanks to the passage of HB46, the Compassionate Use Program is on the brink of significant expansion — increasing patient access and opening the market to more businesses than ever before.

At the same time, we face serious challenges. SB3, a disastrous bill that would dismantle Texas’ legal hemp industry and criminalize consumers of federally legal products, sits on the Governor’s desk.
