This week the Texas House of Representatives passed Chairman King’s HB 46 with a bipartisan supermajority vote of 122-21! (Voting record below.)

If passed by the Senate, this major legislation would expand and improve the Compassionate Use Program (TCUP) by adding new qualifying conditions, allowing additional products, and fixing some of the limitations that made it difficult for businesses to operate. Click here for a full bill overview.
