After passing the House with a bipartisan supermajority, HB 46 (medical cannabis) has been quickly scheduled for a hearing in the Senate State Affairs Committee on Monday, May 19! The state’s most controversial cannabis bill - SB 3 - is schedule for a vote in the House on Tuesday, May 20. SB 3 has changed a LOT since it was first introduced by Sen. Charles Perry as an attempt to ban all hemp THC products. The bill was overhauled in the House, demonstrating the power of our grassroots movement!
