There are still several lawsuits making their way through the courts right now challenging the DSHS rules, arguing different points and ultimately all are somewhat at the same spot: no temporary restraining orders, no injunctions. The latest two lawsuits brought some hope, however the judges overseeing the cases felt an emergency TRO was not necessary and now we wait for possible injunctions to be granted with upcoming hearings set for later this fall.
